We are deeply committed to the excellence of our work and the quality of our products and will go to great lengths to keep you a happy satisfied customer. At Great Display we are not satisfied unless you are. For this reason, Great Display provides both a warranty and a hassle-free return policy.
Warranty
We warrant our products for a period of one year from the date of shipment from our factory to be free from defects in material and workmanship under correct use, normal conditions and proper application. Great Display in no event will be liable for any incidental or consequential damages whatsoever nor for any sum in excess of the price received for the goods.
Return Policy
Merchandise can be returned for any reason within 30 days from the date of shipment for an exchange or a full refund. Display cases must be returned in their original packaging to insure they will arrive undamaged. Contact us for a return authorization number and packing instructions. Return requests outside of the 30 day period may not be accepted by Great Display, at its discretion.
